Shipping policy

 

• All orders ship USPS Ground Advantage (normally delivered within 2-7 business days).

 

• Shipping costs are based on the weight of the items in your order.  

 

• You will receive an email notification with tracking details and updates. Need help? Please email us at sentpaperco@gmail.com  

 

• Products are non-returnable unless they are damaged, defective, or shipped in error. Please report any issues to sentpaperco@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt.  

 

• If your package has not been delivered or was damaged while in transit, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.  

 

• The Tracking site says delivered, but I haven't received my package yet. Sometimes, postal tracking services mark an order as delivered when it has reached your local post office, even though you have not yet received your package. In this case, please wait a few more days for your postal service to deliver the package to your home or contact your local post office, as they may hold the item for you.  

 

• At the moment, we only ship within the U.S. We hope to expand soon!
